The nightly and weekly backups allow us to restore your system to its previous operational state in case of your CRM accidental or intentional damage within a few minutes.
The monthly infrastructure-level backup allows us to restore the full infrastructure operating your CRM instance to another location within one hour.
Once a month, the backups are also verified to ensure they are performed and complete as expected.
Your nightly system backup is stored in a compressed file whose contents are verified at creation time. This minimizes the risks of faulty backups and through the multiple versions kept increases chances of a successful recovery in case of issues.
